How much space do I need?

We require 1,500 sq ft to setup the 9 hole course with adequate space between them, but we recommend 2,500 sq ft to allow a bit of elbow room. We are able to set the course up on any area that is relatively flat. If you've got questions or concerns, please reach out!

What type of events do you do?

Any event you want! We are most often contacted for Weddings, Corporate Team Building Days, Community Events, Family and Class Reunions, School Events, Holiday Parties, Grand Openings, Retirement Parties, Birthday Parties for the young and the young at heart, or anything else you might be looking to add fun and excitement to!

How long does it take to set up and break down?

We allocate 1 hour window for set up in case there are difficulties, but usually it will only take 30-45 minutes to set up. The breakdown process takes about 30 minutes. We understand that some events rent venues and may be on a tight schedule, so we try our hardest to make the setup and breakdown process quick, easy and most importantly, safe. Multiple factors determine the time it takes to assemble and break down the course such as:

- Inside or Outside

- What floor and/or room inside

- How close the trailer can be parked next to the desired location, etc.

Don't worry though! If needed, a Savannah Mini Golf Caddie will conduct an on-site consultation to answer any last minute questions and help you select the best use of your preferred location.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event, or I need to cancel?

To avoid being charged, please cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. If the event is cancelled for any reason including inclement weather, your deposit will be credited towards a future rental.

Is a deposit required for booking?

A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking which reserves your date and time and also goes towards the total balance due.

The remainder of the total balance due is required before the course is physically set up at your event. You can either pay your balance before we arrive or pay the Savannah Mini Golf Caddie that sets the course up.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash.
